PPC Marketing Manager

Job Description

We're looking for a PPC Marketing Specialist for our AI tool HeadshotPhoto.io that turns everyday selfies into sharp, professional headshots. We're seeking a performance-driven PPC Manager to join us at our Dwarka office. You'll be handling ad campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and even TikTok if you've got the skills. This is a hands-on role where you'll test, learn, and scale campaigns that bring results.

Job Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Bing Ads, and TikTok.

● Continuously track performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV to guide budget allocation and scaling.

● Collaborate closely with the design and creative team to build compelling ad creatives (both static & video) that convert.

● Write ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.

● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to find growth opportunities.

● Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and ensure profitable ROAS.

● Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and algorithm updates.

Job Requirements

● 3–4 years of experience in paid ads

● Strong data skills & campaign analysis

● Good creative instincts and collaboration skills

● A love for performance marketing & a get-things-done mindset
