Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a PPC Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will develop, implement, and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance metrics, optimizing ROAS, managing ad budgets, identifying target audiences, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to drive traffic and maximize conversions. The role also involves staying updated with digital marketing trends and leveraging tools and technologies for campaign success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, including PPC campaigns, display advertising, and retargeting strategies
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other reporting tools
• Skill in Campaign Optimization, A/B Testing, and using platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Excellent knowledge of Social Media Advertising, Paid Search Strategies, and Digital Ad Platforms
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders
• Experience with Budget Management and a results-driven approach
• Previous experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG industries is MUST.
