Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the direct-to-consumer e-commerce space.
  • Align campaigns with the overall customer journey to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max campaigns and Shopping advertisements.
  • Implement and monitor bidding strategies to maximize ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Google Analytics 4 and Google Merchant Center.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Performance and Revenue Growth
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize budgets and campaigns to maximize efficiency, profitability, and ROI.
  • Identify new strategies and opportunities to drive incremental revenue and increase conversions.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports for senior management with actionable insights.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams including content, SEO, analytics, and creative to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external partners and Google representatives to stay updated on best practices and platform innovations.

Qualification

  • 7–10 years of experience in paid digital marketing, with strong exposure to e-commerce.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team, including mentoring and performance management.
  • Proven track record of driving conversions and revenue growth through Google Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Max campaigns, Shopping advertisements, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to monitor ROAS, ROI, CTR, and LTV to make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and PPC performance management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
