Are you passionate about performance marketing and skilled at scaling campaigns that convert We're looking for a results-driven professional to lead our PPC campaigns and Email Marketing strategies end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
PPC (Google Ads + Meta Ads)
- Manage & optimize campaigns with 250K+ monthly budgets
- Achieve performance goals: CPL, CPA, ROAS & conversions
- Execute keyword research, segmentation, bidding strategies & retargeting
- Ensure accurate tracking with UTMs, pixels & tags
- Stay updated on Google & Meta Ads algorithm changes
Email Marketing
- Manage ESPs like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, HubSpot
- Build templates, automation flows & funnel-based journey emails
- Maintain high deliverability through SPF, DKIM, DMARC setups
- Run bulk campaigns, analyze metrics & conduct A/B testing
Required:
- 24 years of hands-on experience in PPC & Email Marketing
- Strong analytical mindset and understanding of funnels & tracking
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns
- Excellent communication & reporting skills
