Role Description:

The PPC Expert (Amazon & Flipkart) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart, including keyword research, bid management, and performance analysis to maximize return on ad spend. The PPC Expert will create, monitor, and refine sponsored ads, listings, and promotional strategies, ensuring campaigns align with brand objectives and sales targets. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing performance reports, coordinating with marketing and product teams, and testing new strategies to improve visibility, conversions, and profitability. The role also requires staying updated on marketplace policies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in PPC campaign management on Amazon and Flipkart, including keyword research, bid optimization, and ad placements.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, using marketplace dashboards and tools to track performance metrics and ROI.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with branding and business goals.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in men's grooming, fashion, or lifestyle brands, and familiarity with the Indian e-commerce ecosystem is a plus.
