Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Performance Marketer role located in the Mohali district. The Performance Marketer should br an expert in Google and Meta Ads and will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The role involves analyzing campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and report on outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Google and meta ads including campaign management, audience targeting, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in Social Media Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Content Marketing
• Knowledge of Analytics Tools (such as Google Analytics) and data interpretation for actionable insights
• Creative problem-solving skills, including crafting innovative strategies for driving website traffic and increasing conversions
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Experience with E-commerce marketing strategies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
