Job Description - Location is Gharaunda, Haryana The PPC Executive will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling production activities to ensure timely execution of customer orders. The role requires close coordination with Production, Purchase, Store, Sales, and Dispatch teams to maintain smooth workflow, optimize resources, and achieve delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor all pending customer orders on a daily basis.

• Prepare and update production plans as per order priorities and delivery schedules.

• Track order status across all production departments.

• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with Store and Purchase teams for procurement of shortages.

• Follow up with Fabrication, Powder Coating, Assembly, Packing, and Dispatch teams to ensure adherence to production schedules.

• Identify production bottlenecks, delays, and capacity constraints and escalate issues for timely resolution.

• Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders as per committed timelines.

• Maintain daily production reports, order tracking sheets, and dispatch reports.

• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Support teams regarding order status and delivery commitments.

• Support inventory control and production efficiency initiatives.

• Prepare MIS reports and production performance data for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and production standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 2–8 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).

• Experience in Furniture Manufacturing, Fabrication, Engineering, or Metal Processing industries preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning and Scheduling.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
