Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a PPC Executive based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali). The PPC Executive will manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and audience targeting. The role involves daily performance monitoring, A/B testing of ads and landing pages, and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI. The PPC Executive will collaborate with account managers, SEO, and creative teams to align campaigns with client goals and broader digital strategies. The position also includes preparing regular performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth, and staying current with platform updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong PPC and SEM capabilities, including experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, keyword research, and campaign structuring.
- Data and analytics skills, including proficiency with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Ad copywriting and optimization skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and testable ad variations and landing page briefs.
- Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts such as remarketing, funnels, and eCommerce performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance and recommendations clearly.
- Ability to work on-site full-time, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce PPC, shopping campaigns, or Performance Max campaigns is a strong advantage.
- Google Ads or related industry certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
