About the Role
Igxact Soft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for client projects. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling multiple client accounts, executing data-driven campaigns, and delivering measurable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong attention to performance metrics
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies
- Set up and manage conversion tracking and performance reporting
- Conduct direct client calls to discuss campaign performance and strategy
- Ensure timely delivery of results aligned with client KPIs and targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for client projects
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Experience in performance marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets
