PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for real estate projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Social Media Ads to drive quality leads and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
- Manage targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies for property leads.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams for ad creatives and lead nurturing.
Requirements
- 38 years of experience in PPC & Digital Marketing (Real Estate preferred).
- Expertise in Google Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, CPC optimization, and analytics.
