Powertrain_HIL Testing Experts

• 3-12 years of experience in Powertrain HIL Testing with B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Must have HIL System level testing knowledge using vector VT or dSpace HIL system and related tools.
• Domain knowledge in BMS- Battery Management System and High Voltage OBC AC/ DC is a must.
• Experience in Automated Testing using tools like Canoe, CANalyzer, is a pre-requisite.
• Good experience in scripting and automation in at least one of the areas - CAPL scripting, python scripting.
• Knowledge of automotive communication CAN bus system and UDS protocol.
• Good knowledge on E/E architecture design, SW architecture & Logical SW architecture design and hardware debugging skills.
• Should have good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good to have knowledge on ISO 26262 functional safety validation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team for adequate detailing of test plan and effort's estimation.
• Analyze requirements, develop & conduct test scripts, test cases and contribute in review activity according to software verification & validation strategy and plan.
• Create and execute testing activity as per quality testing track plans.
• Execute test case on HIL as per program milestone.
• Prior experience with Matlab Plant Model development and maintenance for HIL system.
• Review test results with cross-functional teams , identify defects and prepare escalation plan in customer meetings.
