Job Description

Experience in powertrain components, Systems & Sub Systems (Transmission or Driveline or Engine)
Familiar with the VSA concepts and key factors to apply and determine the 3D variations of the components subjected to clearance and Assembly studies
strong hands-on Experience in VSA (Variation Simulation Analysis) Studies for Powertrain System and sub systems using TCe, CATIA, Vismockup, 3DX and 3DCS tools
Good working knowledge on 2D Tolerance Stack up Analysis & GDT
Proven ability in Component and Assembly drawing reading
Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
Perform VSA analysis/ assembly feasibility study based on engineering requirements for Driveshaft Seal Design Rules, Engine, transmission & Electric drive interface using CATIA, TCe, Vismockup, 3DX and 3DCS
Work closely with Engineers to understand the requirements and support as needed with the VSA Studies throughout the entire Product life cycle
