PowerBI + SQL+ Tableau(Banking Domain)

Job Description-

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
• Work with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support data modeling, data quality improvement, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
• Present insights and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders.

Primary Skills:

• Power BI / Tableau / Qlik – advanced data visualization and dashboarding skills.
• Python – strong hands-on experience in data analysis using Pandas, NumPy.
• SQL – proficient in querying, data management, and working with large datasets.
• Domain Knowledge – Banking / Wealth Management experience is mandatory.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving – ability to derive insights and solve complex data challenges.
• Collaboration – experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.

Secondary Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly.
• Ability to analyze problems, propose data-driven solutions, and implement effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8–10 years of total experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Proven expertise in Power BI + SQL, with working experience in Python.
• Prior exposure to Banking or Wealth Management analytics projects.
• Available to join immediately or within 30 days
