Job Description
- 5–8 years of relevant years of experience in Power BI Support / BI Support / Reporting Support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Good working knowledge of DAX (troubleshooting and optimization)
- Solid experience with Power Query (M) for data issue analysis
- Understanding of data models, relationships, and performance tuning
- Experience supporting ETL / ELT pipelines and data refresh processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI security, including RLS, workspace roles, and tenant settings
- Experience working with multiple data sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Familiarity with incident management, SLA handling, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
