Job Summary
The Senior Engineer will lead and deliver power system studies across HV/MV/LV networks, coordinating with design teams, clients, and global stakeholders. The role involves technical leadership, study execution using ETAP, quality assurance, budget control, and on-time project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8–12 years of experience in T&D and Power system studies
- Strong expertise in ETAP (Mandatory)
- Experience with HV/MV/LV steady-state and dynamic studies
- Familiarity with Middle East projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of protection systems and coordination
- Exposure to DIgSILENT, PSCAD, PSS®E, CYMGRD, CYMCAP, Dialux is an advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and review power system studies including Load Flow, Short Circuit, Arc Flash, Harmonics, Motor Starting, Protection Coordination, Grounding, Cable Sizing, Grid Integration, and Transient Stability using ETAP
- Prepare study reports, input data requests, and technical documentation
- Conduct grounding grid design, insulation coordination, and protection setting calculations
- Ensure compliance with SEC, Saudi Aramco, IEC, IEEE/ANSI, NEC, and NFPA standards
- Lead technical coordination with clients, internal teams, and global counterparts
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality deliverables
- Support proposal preparation, man-hour estimation, and resource planning
- Mentor and provide technical training to junior engineers
