Power Platform Support Specialist –
Key Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 BAU support for Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve production issues.
- Deploy fixes and enhancements through structured release and ALM processes.
- Support Power Platform governance, environment administration, and operational controls.
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and deployments.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Custom API Connectors.
- Strong experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Solution Packaging, ALM, and controlled deployments.
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment management, and access controls.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including integration teams (API/SAP).
Preferred Technical Skills
- Power Platform Governance & Environment Administration.
- AI Builder, Copilot Deployment, Dataverse & Copilot Credits Management.
- Azure Cloud fundamentals.
- Full Stack Web Development.
- Microsoft Technologies: .NET MVC, MSSQL, Stored Procedures.
Preferred Certifications
Ideal Profile: Power Platform Support Engineer/Developer with strong BAU support experience, troubleshooting expertise, ALM deployment knowledge, governance exposure, and stakeholder management skills.
