Position Summary
Infojini Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Power Platform Solution Architect to lead discovery sessions, engage directly with clients, understand business challenges, and design innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
This role requires a blend of consulting, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical expertise to drive digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solution Consulting
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business processes, pain points, and transformation goals.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients by recommending best-fit Microsoft technology solutions.
- Present solution approaches, architecture designs, effort estimates, and implementation roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Solution Architecture & Design
- Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Design scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
- Develop intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Build and implement AI-powered conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI capabilities to enable Generative AI, intelligent automation, and business insights.
- Design secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Technical Leadership
- Define architecture standards, governance frameworks, security models, and best practices for Power Platform implementations.
- Guide development teams during solution design and implementation phases.
- Review technical designs and provide architectural oversight.
- Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications through APIs and custom connectors.
- Drive application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD practices, and environment strategy.
AI & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Copilot technologies within client environments.
- Design AI-enabled business solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Advise clients on AI adoption strategies, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Stay current with emerging Microsoft AI capabilities and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in client-facing consulting, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power Pages
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Services.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution architectures.
- Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, licensing, and compliance.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and solution lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Exposure to enterprise Generative AI implementations and AI-driven automation solutions.
