We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Architect to lead the architecture, governance, and evolution of enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions supporting employees across Dyson's global organization. You will define platform standards, design scalable solutions, drive AI-powered workplace automation, and collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver secure, innovative, and high-performing digital workplace solutions.
The role is onsite in Bangalore for 5 days a week.
Your tasks
- Defining the enterprise architecture, governance model, and strategic roadmap for Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Designing scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot, and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Leading workplace automation initiatives and architecting integrations with enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and HR systems
- Establishing security, compliance, application lifecycle management, and platform governance standards across the Power Platform ecosystem
- Collaborating with global stakeholders while mentoring development teams and driving the adoption of AI-powered workplace solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in enterprise application delivery, including at least 4 years as a Power Platform Architect or Lead Consultant
- Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform governance, and enterprise solution architecture
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise integrations, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management
- Ability to design scalable enterprise solutions, provide technical leadership, and collaborate effectively with global business and technology stakeholders
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
- Fluent English - minimum B2 level, C1 preferred

- Experience implementing AI-powered workplace solutions using Microsoft Copilot
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and digital workplace technologies
- Familiarity with low-code development best practices and enterprise automation strategies
