Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in user training and provide support to end-users as needed.
- Maintain documentation of application processes and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and experience with Microsoft Dataverse is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or C# is advantageous.
