Automation Strategy & Development

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation strategies using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
• Design and implement security measures for automation solutions to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Advise clients on integrating Power Automate solutions with existing IT architectures for seamless functionality and efficiency.
• Develop and oversee deployment of best practices for creating scalable and robust Power Automate flows.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Conduct high-level troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Power Automate, Power Platform, Power BI, and related technologies to drive innovation.

Client Interaction & Consulting

• Act as a technical advisor for clients, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
