We are looking for an experiencedPower Platform Functional Consultant Associateto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions that address key business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Power Platform solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards to meet client needs.
- Implement Dataverse and other data models to support business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design system integrations between Power Platform and other enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure).
- Lead workshops and user training sessions to drive user adoption and proficiency in Power Platform tools.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to deployed solutions.
- Stay updated with new features and releases in Power Platform and recommend improvements to clients.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, customizations, workflows, and user guides.
Skills Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experienceworking with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and its use in building data-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience in creating custom connectors and integrations with other Microsoft services such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing workflows, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Platform administration, governance, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft certifications such asPower Platform Functional Consultant Associateor similar are highly preferred.
