About Role/Project:
Join a hands-on engineering role focused on building business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will quick adapt and design, develop low-code applications, automations, and portals that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency while working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Power Platform Development: Design and build applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Workflow Automation: Develop cloud and desktop flows, approvals, and automated workflows to streamline business operations.
- Microsoft 365 Integrations: Integrate solutions with services such as Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and external systems using connectors and APIs including Microsoft Graph.
- Portal Development: Build external-facing portals using Power Pages with authentication, forms, and multi-step processes.
- AI-Assisted Features: Implement AI-driven capabilities such as document generation, automated notifications, and workflow enhancements using AI Builder or Copilot features.
- Security & Governance: Ensure solutions follow best practices including row-level security, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, sensitivity labels, and audit logging.
- Testing & Delivery: Participate in proof-of-concept development, testing, documentation, and deployment of solutions.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor solution performance, capacity, and security while implementing improvements where necessary.
- Solution Lifecycle Management: Support solution packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management across development, test, and production environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Power Platform Experience: 25+ years of experience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Low-Code Development: Experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Fx, automation flows, and portal forms.
- Microsoft 365 Integration: Experience integrating with services such as SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Data Modelling: Understanding of Dataverse data modelling and basic API/connector development.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytics Experience: Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric for reporting and analytics.
- Azure Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions or Logic Apps.
- Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments.
- Power Platform Governance: Familiarity with environment management, solution lifecycle management (ALM), and governance best practices.
