We're Hiring: Power Platform Developer | Pune | 3+ Years Experience

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related tools.

Leverage AI Agents to create impactful, future-ready solutions.

- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency.

- Conduct process mining and optimization to enhance automation outcomes.

Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.

- Perform testing, QA, and ensure smooth deployment of automated processes.

Train and support end-users in adopting automation tools.

- Manage small to mid-sized projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.

- Onboard users to developed applications and promote best practices.

Support and mentor colleagues developing apps within our Creator Program.
