Power Platform Developer

Looking for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and developing solutions around the Power Platform from a technical perspective. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams will be a core part of your role.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep technical knowledge to develop scalable and efficient Power Platform solutions that meet project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals and technical standards.
• Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
• Analyze complex challenges and propose innovative approaches to improve platform capabilities and user experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and automation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Pages is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, Microsoft Power Applications Canvas Applications, and Microsoft Power Applications Model-Driven Applications is suggested.
