Job Title: Power Platform Developer (Power Apps & Power Automate)
Location: India (Remote / Offshore Delivery for US Client)
Experience: 2-3 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to design, develop, and implement business applications for our US-based clients.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable low-code solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and automating workflows to improve business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)
Integrate Power Platform with external systems (REST APIs, SharePoint, Dynamics, SQL, etc.)
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
Ensure best practices for security, governance, and performance
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
Collaborate with US stakeholders across time zones for requirement clarification and delivery
Maintain documentation for solutions, workflows, and integrations
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
Microsoft Power Apps
Power Automate
Good Understanding Of
Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
Dataverse / Common Data Service
Experience With
SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365
API integrations (REST, JSON)
Basic Knowledge Of
JavaScript / TypeScript (for customization)
Azure services (preferred)
Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power BI (good to have)
Exposure to Dynamics 365
Knowledge of Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence)
Soft Skills
Experience working with global clients (US preferred)
Strong communication skills (mandatory for US client interaction)
Ability to work independently in offshore model
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

EST - US time zones (as required)
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
