Role- Power Platform Developer

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, and deliver business applications and automation solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development skills with the ability to engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and translate requirements into working solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate cloud flows, and desktop flows (RPA).
- Build and manage data structures using Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint Online as data storage.
- Develop AI-powered agents and applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Gather, analyse, and document customer requirements, translating them into technical designs and deliverables.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and end users throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of hands-on development experience on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps).
- Proven experience building Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows.
- Knowledge of connectors, custom connectors, and Power Platform integrations.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse as a data storage and modelling platform.
- Good knowledge of SharePoint Online, including its use as a data source.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for agent and app development.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gather customer requirements and interact confidently with stakeholders.
Preferred / Good To Have
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
- Knowledge of connectors, custom connectors, and Power Platform integrations.
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance, environments, and ALM (solutions, pipelines).
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
- Basic understanding of Azure services and REST APIs.
