Job Description
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Proven experience in building at least 5 Canvas Apps
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Model-driven Apps
- Proficiency in Power Automate Cloud Flows, RPA, and Copilot
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience and know how to use Power Automate Desktop.
- Know how to use Copilot Studio for creating AI Agents.
- Excellent communication and technical demonstration skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Power BI and Power Virtual Agents
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification
- Microsoft Power Platform App Maker certification
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
- Knowledge of industry best practices in low-code/no-code development
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
