Power Platform Developer _ Chennai

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, with a particular emphasis on Power BI. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions to meet business needs, as well as mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development and Implementation: Oversee the development and deployment of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Power BI Expertise: Design and develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and continuously improve existing solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of Power Platform solutions through rigorous testing and validation.
