We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform — including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise-grade application development, system integrations, and governance compliance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Key ResponsibilitiesApplication DevelopmentDesign, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate (Flows).
- Build chatbots and conversational interfaces using Power Virtual Agents.
- Data & IntegrationIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems via connectors, Dataverse, and APIs.
- Work with Dataverse, SQL, and data modeling for reliable backend support.
- Analytics & ReportingCollaborate with BI teams to design Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Enable seamless embedding and interaction between Power BI and Power Apps.
- Quality & ComplianceImplement security, governance, and compliance best practices in Power Platform.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and app/flow optimization.
- Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards.
- Work closely with architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform —
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents.
Strong expertise in:
- Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services
- API Integrations, Custom Connectors, and Azure Logic Apps/Functions
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in Power Platform
- Security & Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Data Governance & Compliance
Additional must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Good to Have (Preferred Skills)Microsoft Certifications – PL-400, PL-600, or equivalent
- Integration with Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems
- Experience with RPA tools (UIPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Exposure to Azure advanced services (Functions, Logic Apps, AI Builder)
