Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Power Platform / Copilot Studio Developer to lead the creation of innovative Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for new healthcare solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for building applications and AI-powered agents from the ground up, integrating them with Microsoft Teams and other MS applications, and leveraging Azure to ensure scalability and performance. You'll work closely with a collaborative team, guiding technical execution and delivering solutions that can move quickly from idea to prototype.

This opportunity is under a Self-Employed/Independent Contractor model, with long-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of PoCs using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
  • Build and optimize AI-powered Agents in Copilot Studio, ensuring deep integration with Microsoft Teams and other MS apps
  • Integrate solutions with Azure services for scalability, performance, and security
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to rapidly iterate, test, and refine solutions based on feedback

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proven expertise in MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure
  • Strong experience with building and integrating Agents in Copilot Studio
  • Hands-on experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver PoCs quickly
  • Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable collaborating with US-based teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Background in enterprise-scale application development
  • Agile prototyping and rapid iteration experience
