Power Platform Consultant

Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Architect / Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Architect to lead both technical presales and delivery on complex programmes, particularly within our Professional Services business for the EMEA region. The role involves shaping solutions, guiding delivery, mentoring teams, and driving excellence across engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical presales activities, including discovery workshops, RFP responses, solution design, and client presentations up to C-suite level.
• Own end-to-end architecture for delivery programmes: design, governance, quality, and go-live.
• Design integrations between D365/Power Platform and third-party systems using APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
• Review custom development, guide technical decisions, and unblock the team as needed.
• Mentor developers and consultants, building practice capability through reusable assets and standards.
• Produce clear, audience-appropriate documentation across all engagement stages.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development (including Dataverse).
• Strong expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps (model-driven + canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages.
• D365 development experience: plugins, PCF components, JavaScript, SDK.
• Azure development experience: Functions, API Management, DevOps & CI/CD deployment, Entra ID, Key Vault.
• Experience designing solutions using SOA, microservices, and distributed patterns.
• Prior experience as a Tech Lead on multi-workstream programmes.
• Proficiency in MS SQL / Azure SQL.
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-600, PL-600 or equivalent are a plus.
