Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions for enterprise applications and business workflows
- Lead end-to-end implementation, integration, and deployment of Power Platform solutions across enterprise environments
- Develop governance frameworks, security standards, licensing strategies, and best practices for Power Platform administration
- Build and integrate solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Virtual Agents
- Integrate Power Platform applications with Azure services, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and REST APIs
- Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, reliability, and compliance with enterprise security standards
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to development and support teams
- Support migration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities for Power Platform environments
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solution designs
- Drive adoption of enterprise architecture standards and modern cloud-based solution practices
Experience Required:
- 9 - 14 years of experience in enterprise software development and Microsoft cloud solutions
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Experience in enterprise application architecture, integration design, and cloud solution delivery
- Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of governance, licensing, security, and compliance within Power Platform ecosystems
- Proven experience leading large-scale Power Platform implementations and mentoring technical teams
