At Nividous, we are looking for: Copilot & Power Automate Developer

We are seeking a motivated Copilot & Power Automate Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role involves developing intelligent copilots, integrating them with workflows, and enhancing user experience through effective prompt design and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Copilot solutions tailored to business use cases
• Create and optimize prompts, questions, and responses to improve conversational user experience
• Build and manage AI workflows using triggers, nodes, and orchestration logic
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Power Automate workflows
• Develop automated processes connecting Copilot with enterprise systems
• Perform testing, debugging, and publishing of copilots
• Continuously improve AI responses based on user feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and conversational design
• Hands-on experience with Copilot development / Copilot Studio
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate (flows, triggers, connectors)
• Understanding of AI orchestration concepts
• Experience with workflow design using triggers and nodes
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations (CRM, ERP, APIs)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
