Power Platform & Copilot Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Copilot Studio solutions and AI chatbots.
• Define conversational AI patterns, standards, and reusable frameworks for enterprise adoption.
• Review and approve solution designs to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive continuous improvement of AI agents based on analytics, feedback, and business outcomes.
• Lead development of complex Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions.
• Establish best practices for low-code/pro-code extensibility, integrations, and APIs.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise application architecture and data strategies.
• Own and enforce governance standards for Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
• Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure Responsible AI, data protection, and audit readiness.
• Mentor developers and act as a Copilot Studio subject matter expert (SME).
• Support hiring, onboarding, and enablement of incremental Copilot development capacity.
• Partner with business owners to identify, prioritize, and roadmap high-value AI use cases.
