Key Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Experience developing workflows using Power Automate
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Agent Flow
- Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and Custom Connectors
- Experience with solution deployment, environment management, and ALM
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Required Work Experience
- 5–6 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform
- At least 3 years of experience in Copilot Studio/Conversational AI solutions
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Exposure to client-facing engagements, requirement gathering, and solution design
- Experience in production support and enhancement activities
