Power Platform/ AI Developer

Key Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Experience developing workflows using Power Automate
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Agent Flow
• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and Custom Connectors
• Experience with solution deployment, environment management, and ALM
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

• Microsoft Copilot Studio development and customization
• Power Pages development
• AI Builder and Generative AI integration
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration
• Power Platform Solution Management (ALM)

• Power BI integration and reporting
• Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Required Work Experience

• 5–6 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform
• At least 3 years of experience in Copilot Studio/Conversational AI solutions
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
• Exposure to client-facing engagements, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Experience in production support and enhancement activities
