Role Purpose:
The Power Platform Administrator will support the Power Platform CoE by managing platform governance, administration, operational support, and troubleshooting across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and related services. The role ensures secure, consistent, and cost-effective adoption across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, environments, connectors, and tenant settings.
- Manage governance controls such as environment strategy, Power Platform CoE Starter Kit, DLP policies, access controls, security roles, connector usage, and platform configuration standards.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for platform, access, configuration, capacity, billing, and tenant-wide integration issues.
- Support the rollout and governance of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and AI-enabled Power Platform capabilities across markets.
- Monitor usage, licensing, Dataverse capacity, AI credits, consumption, and billing risks, escalating concerns where required.
- Maintain CoE reports, dashboards, operational documentation, support procedures, and governance guidance.
- Coordinate with M365 Global Support, Security, Identity, Finance, Market D&T teams, Microsoft support, and other stakeholders to resolve incidents and manage risks.
- Support controlled change management for tenant-level or high-impact Power Platform changes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- BE/B Tech, MCA/BCA with 7+ years experience in above skills
- Ready to work in Pune

- Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Platform Admin Center, Dataverse, environments, connectors, security roles, DLP policies, and tenant settings.
- Understanding of Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot agents, AI Builder, licensing, capacity, and billing models is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, privileged access, security groups, service accounts, and least-privilege administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, document procedures, communicate clearly, and work with global technical and business teams.
- Good understanding of ITIL-aligned incident, request, change, and problem management processes.
Ways of Working:
- Operate through approved admin accounts and follow privileged access, audit, and change management controls.
- Work with the Power Platform CoE shared service account and support mailbox to manage requests, incidents, governance activities, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide clear documentation, handover, and knowledge transfer to support continuity of CoE operations.
Success Measures:
- Power Platform environments are governed, documented, and managed to agreed standards.
- Copilot and agent rollout is supported with appropriate access, sharing, billing, and reporting controls.
- Support issues, capacity risks, licensing concerns, and billing risks are identified and managed promptly.
- Security, compliance, and change management expectations are consistently followed.
