Job Description

Requirement capture, Design and development of Power converters, sensing, signal conditioning and analog/microcontroller-based control circuits
Schematics, simulations, component selection, magnetic design, loss calculations, thermal analysis, PCB placement and layout
Design verification testing, Environmental Pre-compliance testing for EMI/EMC(CE/RE)
Design for DO160G or equivalent standards and perform Power input testing, temperature testing, qualification testing
Providing deliverable such as: complete Bill-of-Materials, block-diagrams, schematics, PCB design documentation, specifications, test data results, and other necessary documentation (HRD, HDD, ATP, DVTP, RCA, WBS)
Prepare technical presentations, proposals
Knowledge about Buck , Boost, flyback (Mandatory 3 years)Simulation(Mandatory 3 years)
Experience in any software like LTSPICE, TINA, Mathlab
Transformer design (Mandatory 3 years)
Converters like Buck , Boost, flyback
Added advantage Forward, Pushpull, LLC etc
Input Filter designComponent Selection (Mandatory)Bill of material making (Mandatory)Schematic Design (Mandatory 2+ years)Knowledge about Ohms law, Voltage divider, Kirchoff's law (Mandatory)EMI EMC Experience (Added advantage)Experience in Development and Testing of Power Supply (Mandatory 3 years)
