Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer with strong technical expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics systems, especially in the development of
EV Inverters / Power Conversion Systems.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate
handson hardware development, testing, debugging, component selection, layout proficiency, and
leadership capabilities to drive work packages independently while mentoring junior team members.
Your Profile
Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Analog, Digital & Power Electronics circuits.
- Experience in highvoltage hardware development and testing.
- Handson experience in soldering, hardware rework, and troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of MATLAB / LTSpice / MATHCAD (any one).
- Expertise in schematic & PCB layout tools; Altium Designer preferred.
- Deep understanding of layout rules, design constraints, creepage/clearance, EMI/EMC, and thermal aspects.
- Experience in simulation, analysis, and validation techniques.
- Familiar with embedded C (basic) for microcontroller/interfacing support.
