We are looking for Power BI with Vermilion Report Specialist.

2 Required Technical Skill Set Power BI, Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS), Vermilion Composer, Designer, and Content Management, Functional knowledge of Wealth Management

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have ·

Power BI · Strong hands-on experience in Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS) with expertise in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting regulatory, financial, and business reports for Insurance/Financial Services clients.

· Proficient in Vermilion Composer, Designer, and Content Management, with experience in report templates, document automation, data mapping, workflows, publishing, and distribution processes. · Experience in integrating Vermilion with SQL Server, Oracle, XML, XBRL, APIs, and data warehouses, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and report reconciliation. · SQL, Financial/Insurance Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, XML/XBRL, Agile, DevOps, Reporting Automation.

Good-to-Have

· Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely report delivery.

· Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, version control, testing, and release management, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Design & Develop Vermilion Reports: Develop, enhance, and maintain complex reports, statements, client communications, and regulatory documents using the Vermilion Reporting Suite (VRS).

2 Business Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business users, report owners, and compliance teams to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate business needs into reporting solutions.

3 Data Integration & Validation: Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, APIs, XML/XBRL, Data Warehouses) and ensure report accuracy through reconciliation, validation, and quality checks.

4 Production Support & Continuous Improvement: Troubleshoot report generation issues, resolve production incidents, optimize report performance, and drive automation and process improvements.

5 Governance, Quality & Delivery: Follow SDLC and Agile practices, perform unit/system testing, maintain documentation, support release deployments, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting solutions that meet regulatory and business standards.
