Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ecosystem, including:
• Power Automate: building, testing, and deploying automated workflows that integrate multiple systems, including SharePoint, Outlook, APIs, and related data sources.
• Power BI: data modelling, DAX, operational dashboard development, data quality and monitoring visuals, and integration with Copilot-enabled assisted analytics.
• Copilot Agent / Microsoft 365 Copilot: or equivalent conversational and AI agent platforms, including prompt design, configuration, and integration with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Solid understanding of data integration and data quality concepts, including data validation, reconciliation, and monitoring patterns. Experience working with source data such as people resource, vendor management, product management, operational systems, and Office 365 data repositories.
• Ability to translate business requirements into concrete automation and analytics solutions, including rapid prototyping, iterative development, and readiness assessment for scale-up. Competence in solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration runbooks, support and maintenance guidelines, process steps, data flows, roles, and controls.

Awareness of Responsible AI, security, privacy, and data protection considerations when designing Copilot and automation solutions. Ability to follow GSK processes and work with internal SMEs to ensure alignment, including role-based access control, environment segregation, and data classification within Power Platform and Microsoft 365
