Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager – Business Intelligence to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in Power BI, data engineering, and reporting tools, combined with leadership capabilities to manage teams and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex, scalable Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives.
- Architect robust data models, including semantic modeling and transformations using Power Query (M) and DAX.
- Manage end-to-end BI lifecycle including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Drive performance optimization of dashboards, including query tuning and efficient data modeling.
- Oversee ETL processes, ensuring reliable data integration and transformation from multiple sources.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to team members.
- Assist team members in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Manage reporting solutions using SSRS and ensure seamless integration with BI systems.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based automation solutions using Macros/VBA.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and adherence to best practices in BI development.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and quality controls.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Power BI (advanced dashboarding, DAX, data modeling)
- SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
- MS SQL Server (advanced querying and database management)
- Excel Macros / VBA (automation and reporting)
- ETL processes and data integration
- Stakeholder management and communication

- Problem-solving and technical mentoring ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik
- Experience with Python or scripting for automation
- Understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling
