Key Responsibilities:

• Power BI Solution Delivery
• Lead the design development and deployment of Power BI reports dashboards and semantic models aligned to business goals
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and KPI frameworks ensuring clarity and usability for end users
• Define report standards reusable templates and visualization best practices to ensure consistency across deliverables
• Data Modeling Performance
• Build and optimize data models measures and calculations to support scalable analytics and high performing dashboards
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement optimization techniques for datasets visuals and refresh cycles
• ETL Data Integration
• Partner with data engineering teams to define ETL requirements and ensure clean reliable and well documented data pipelines
• Validate data quality and ensure reconciliation between source systems and BI outputs
• Leadership Stakeholder Management
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders manage expectations and provide clear delivery plans and status updates
• Mentor BI developers analysts conduct reviews and enforce development standards and governance practices
• Support production operations by handling enhancements bug fixes and root cause analysis for BI issues
• Minimum Qualifications
• BTECH MTECH MCA or MSC
• 7 9 years of overall experience with strong hands on expertise in Power BI development and delivery
• Proven experience in building enterprise dashboards reports and data models in Power BI
• Strong experience working with ETL processes and collaborating on data integration requirements
• Ability to gather requirements translate them into BI solutions and communicate effectively with business and technical teams

Technical Requirements:

• Technology Cloud Platform Power Platform Power BI DAX Power Query SQL Data Modeling Data Warehousing

Additional Responsibilities:

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading BI initiatives end to end including planning estimation and delivery governance
• Strong understanding of analytics lifecycle requirement discovery semantic modeling visualization validation and rollout
• Experience implementing access controls and governance practices for enterprise BI usage
• Track record of improving dashboard performance usability and adoption through best practices and stakeholder feedback loops
• Experience coaching team members and establishing standards for documentation versioning and release management
