JobSummary: We areseekinga highly skilledPower BI Developerwith strong data analytics, SQL, and Python capabilities to develop scalable BI solutions for enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Power BI development, advanced DAX, data modeling, and integrating analytical workflows using SQL and Python. This role requires strong problem‑solving ability, deep understanding of BI best practices, and the capability to handle complex datasets to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Interview Process: 3–4 Technical Rounds (1 Mandatory F2F Round)
KeyResponsibilities:
- Develop, design, andmaintainPower BI dashboards, reports, and data modelsfor business stakeholders.
- Write advancedDAX measures, KPIs, and calculations for analytical use cases.
- Build andoptimizePower Query (M language)transformations for efficient data shaping.
- Implement well‑structureddata modeling(Star, Snowflake schema) following BI best practices.
- Work with large datasets usingSQLandoptimizequeries for performance.
- UtilizePython (Pandas, NumPy)for advanced data processing, analysis, and automation.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate requirements into BI solutions.
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
- Integrate BI solutions withSQL Server, Azure SQL, and other relational databases.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and follow CI/CD and version control practices (Git).
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience inBusiness Intelligence / Data Analytics.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience inPower BI development.
- Strongexpertisein:
- DAX(advanced calculations, measures, KPIs)
- Power Query / M language
- Data Modeling(Star & Snowflake schemas)
- Advanced SQL skills includingquery optimization, indexing, joins , performance tuning.
- Strong Python experience usingPandas, NumPy, and data analysis libraries.
- Experience working withSQL Server, Azure SQL, or other relational databases.
- Understanding of ETL processesand data warehousing concepts.
- Experience withAzure servicessuch as Azure Data Factory, Synapse (preferred).
- Knowledge of version control (Git).
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience inlarge-scale enterprise BI implementations.
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience withautomation and scripting.
- Familiarity withAgile/Scrummethodologies.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification(preferred).
