We are a talent solutions & workforce consulting partner serving enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, retail and technology in India. We're hiring an on-site Power BI Developer to deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutionstransforming raw data into actionable dashboards, governed reports, and measurable insights for stakeholders.
Location: India (On-site)
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards aligned to business KPIs, ensuring usability and performance.
- Create robust semantic models and star-schema datasets using Power Query and DAX to enable accurate analytics and self-service BI.
- Author complex DAX measures, optimize queries, and tune models for fast rendering across large datasets.
- Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (SQL Server, flat files, APIs) using ETL patterns and collaborate with ETL/warehouse teams.
- Deploy and manage content in Power BI Service: workspaces, gateways, dataflows, refresh schedules, and implement Row-Level Security and governance controls.
- Deliver documentation, report catalogs, and train business users to adopt self-service capabilities; troubleshoot production issues and respond to stakeholder requests.
