Job Description
Experience – 7-11 years
Location – Powai, Mumbai.
* Power BI support and enhancement track within the managed services engagement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prioritize requests, and ensure timely delivery.
* Review and guide enhancements to existing reports, dashboards, and data models.
* Perform root cause analysis for issues in published reports and propose fixes or optimizations.
* Manage SLAs for incident resolution, service requests, and minor change requests.
* Maintain report documentation, versioning, and change logs.
* Coordinate with the data engineering team for backend data issues or model changes (e.g., gold/platinum layer).
* Support performance tuning, governance, and best practice adoption.
* Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requests.
* Support day-to-day issue resolution, including report data mismatches, broken visuals, or refresh failures.
* Perform minor modifications such as adding new visuals, KPIs, filters, or measures to existing reports.
* Collaborate with data engineers and testers to validate enhancements.
* Maintain report versions, documentation, and track change requests.
* Assist in data model tuning and refresh optimization
