Power BI Developer - SQL/Figma

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and design comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional and visual deliverables
• Create user-friendly and visually appealing dashboard interfaces using Figma
• Use SQL to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources
• Implement DAX measures and calculations to ensure data accuracy and business logic
• Perform data analysis to uncover insights and support business decision-making
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate report functionality and performance
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on dashboards and report usage
• Monitor and optimize the performance of existing Power BI reports
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align data products with business strategies
• Maintain detailed documentation for all reporting processes and data models
• Stay current with data visualization trends and Power BI feature updates
• Ensure all reporting adheres to established data governance and security protocols
• Participate in team meetings to share updates, feedback, and report enhancements
• Assist in creating training materials and guides for internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Figma
• Strong command of SQL and database querying techniques
• Deep understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Proven expertise in writing advanced DAX formulas for analytics
• Experience in designing and prototyping UIs with Figma
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality
• Strong background in using business analytics and reporting tools
• Familiarity with data governance policies and compliance requirements
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environments with changing requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
