Job Title: Power BI Developer (PBI + SQL + DAX)

Location: PAN India (No location constraint; avoid Hyderabad profiles)

Job Description

• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Write advanced SQL queries, including optimization and performance tuning.
• Create complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and time intelligence functions.
• Perform data modeling, relationships, hierarchies, and composite models in Power BI.
• Conduct ETL transformations using Power Query (M).
• Optimize Power BI model performance, query folding, and report rendering.
• Build Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder or SSRS.
• Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, DAX issues, performance bottlenecks, and refresh failures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical & reporting solutions.

Mandatory Skills

SQL (Advanced):

CTEs, Joins, Window functions, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning.

Power BI (Strong Hands-On):

Data modeling, composite models, DirectQuery/Import, hierarchies, incremental refresh.

DAX Expertise:

Measures, calculated fields, time intelligence, and performance-optimized expressions.

Power Query (M):

ETL transformations, query folding best practices.

Performance Optimization:

Model compression, aggregations, calculation groups, large dataset optimization.

Paginated Reports:

Experience with Power BI Report Builder / SSRS.

Additional:

RLS & workspace governance; Azure Data Services is a plus.

• You cannot attend 1 mandatory F2F interview at an LTIM office
• You are from Hyderabad (avoid sharing HYD profiles)
• You cannot rate your SQL hands-on skills out of 5
• You expect CTC beyond 12 LPA
