Your Job
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 3 - 7 years of hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance analytics solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to convert complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs
- Build robust data models following best practices
- Integrate data from SQL Server, Azure SQL, Excel, SharePoint, and APIs
- Perform data transformation using Power Query (M)
- Implement Row Level Security (RLS)
- Optimize report performance and manage large datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Manage deployments, refresh schedules, and production support
- Ensure documentation and governance compliance
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 37 years of hands-on Power BI development experience
- Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience with Power BI Service, gateways, and refresh strategies
- Performance tuning and optimization experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse)
- Exposure to manufacturing or enterprise analytics
- Power Automate integration experience
- Knowledge of data governance and BI standards
