| We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and data modeling, along with a solid understanding of business intelligence concepts and data warehousing. Key Skills: Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M Language), SQL, Data Modeling, ETL, Excel, SSIS/SSRS, Azure Data Services, Data Visualization, Performance Optimization, Report Automation. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Build data models and implement relationships, hierarchies, and measures using DAX. Optimize performance of Power BI datasets and reports. Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, Cloud). Automate data refreshes, scheduling, and report distribution. Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance across BI solutions. Collaborate with business and technical teams to enhance decision-making through analytics. Technical Environment: Tools: Power BI, Power Query, SSIS, SSRS Databases: SQL Server, Azure SQL, Oracle Languages: SQL, DAX, M Query Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS Others: Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL. Strong understanding of BI principles, data modeling, and visualization best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Experience with Azure Data Factory or Databricks. Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis. Knowledge of KPI design and business performance dashboards. |
