Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources (Snowflake, etc.)
- Use DAX querying to enhance Power BI reports and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with overseas teams to understand data requirements and deliver on project goals.
- Present data-driven insights and visualizations to leadership, enabling informed decision- making.
- Define and implement efficient data models to streamline reporting processes. - Monitor the performance of dashboards, fine-tune and optimize for efficiency.

Required Skills
- Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard creation.
- Proficient in SQL for complex querying, data extraction, and transformation across multiple sources.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in analytics and reporting. - Proficiency in DAX querying for advanced Power BI functionality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Snowflake for cloud data warehousing. - Background working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis.

- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior leadership.
- Understanding of channel business models and ecosystems is a plus.
